He is also a Certified Counter Terrorism Practitioner and a Certified Fraud Examiner

Dr Jolene Jerard
Dr. Jolene Jerard, Executive Director of Centinel, a public safety and management firm in Singapore. She is also an Adjunct Senior Fellow at RSIS, NTU, and an expert on terrorist and extremist groups in Asia. With a PhD from the University of St Andrews, she has conducted fieldwork in global conflict zones, trained security and intelligence agencies worldwide, advised the UN, NATO, and OSCE, and co-edited several books on terrorism and resilience.
Elke Biechele
Elke Biechele is the founder and CEO of RisikoTek, a Singapore-based regtech firm using AI to fight financial crime. With over 20 years in global banking at institutions like Standard Chartered, UBS, RBS, and the European Central Bank, she launched RisikoTek in 2018 to develop advanced tools such as AMALIA for detecting money laundering, corruption, and other illicit financial activities. Elke also leads ALTIX, an emerging platform dedicated to turning lawsuits into investable assets and making justice more accessible worldwide.
Varun Mehta
Varun Mehta, formerly a Senior Industry Specialist at SAS Institute and Palantir, is now Executive Director at Cognilyt in Sydney, where he leads fraud investigation technology development and other analytical initiatives. With a management degree from Warwick and an MBA from INSEAD, he has driven many ground-breaking projects in the security sector. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner.
